  There are two things that make Uncle Tetsu’s cheesecake so special: 1. Quality ingredients. 2. One-of-a-kind, baking process all done by hand. Although our cheesecake ingredients are simple, they are the finest in their class. We use only the best local flour, egg, milk, cheese and butter to create an exceptional Japanese cheesecake that our customers never forget. It’s light, fluffy and flavourful. Our cheesecake melts in your mouth, and will always leave you wanting more. It’s the perfect treat whenever you’re in the mood for something special. We’ve been baking our beloved Uncle Tetsu’s Original Cheesecake by hand for over 25 years and we continue to do so today, in locations all around the world.

• Original Cheesetart

  Fresh, triple-baked cheese tarts have a warm and creamy filling cupped by a perfectly crisp, buttery tart shell. We fill them and bake them three times right before your eyes, making them possibly the freshest cheese tarts you’ll ever try. The tart shells are made fresh in house daily, using ingredients such as butter, eggs, flour, sugar and milk. We do not use artificial flavouring or additives.

• Original Honey Madeleine

  Fresh out of the oven, this buttery cupcake is light and crisp on top, and soft and luscious inside. Warm up your Honey Madeleines in the microwave for 15 seconds to recreate the just-out-of-the-oven fluff.

  Twice-baked cheesecake biscuits – a sweet and simple snack that you can grab on the go! Available in cheesecake or honey madeleine flavours. *Limited availability.
